The KiSS (short for “Keep it Shiny and Sustainable”) Programme is part of the Ride Green Programme. The KiSS Programme was launched in 2013, at the legendary Mugello circuit, with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact caused by the event and encouraging the participation of the fans. One of the fundamental aims of the programme is to include the normal environmental standards applicable to all our events and to incorporate other actions for the benefit of the environment and to reduce the footprint of the event, thereby contributing to sustainable sport and the achievement of all the objectives of sustainable development.
Motorcycling as a form of sport, transport or tourism can contribute towards many of these overall objectives and that is what the FIM aims to do. Through sport, we can contribute environmentally, socially and economically.
